Polished Standing Quartz Points 3cm Tall

Set of Two Crystals for the Microcosmic Orbit meditation, includes Obsidian Disk and Quartz Crystal Point These crystals are to be used in conjunction with the Microcosmic Orbit Meditation. Usually this type of meditation is performed whilst sitting in a normal chair with the back, up right. One Crystal is used to encourage the flow of Chi energy up the spine and the other is used to ground energy at the feet. This increases the flow of energy within the meditation. Obsidian Disc - 4cm Wide - Placed Between the feet Quartz Crystal Point - Polished and Self Standing approx 4cm tall, Placed beneath a chair with the crystal pointing up the spine. Before Using, hold the crystals together and visualize the flow of energy. Then place and begin. Included in the pack: the Two crystals, each in their own pouch for safe keeping.
