Meaning of White Howlite

Howlite - Used to improve communications by calming down passions and improve perceptual awareness, thereby improving the flow of emotions and their understanding. Mostly Occurs as white Crystal in Massive form. A form of markasite crystal. Howlites metaphysical properties will be listed here later.

The crystal is one of the most used in the production of fake turquoise products. Its natural lined appearance on white crystal, lends its self well to be dyed blue where it can resemble the much more valuable turquoise. Note: All Howlite, Other than white, is dyed. 

Howlite is a borate mineral with a chemical composition of Ca2B5SiO9(OH)5. It belongs to the monoclinic crystal system. Its chemical formula indicates that it contains calcium (Ca), boron (B), silicon (Si), oxygen (O), and hydroxide ions (OH).
