Our Privacy Policy (DPA)

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons:

Firstly, to process your order.

Secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not pass you details onto any other companies or third parties.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • Your Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

We DO NOT Collect your credit/debit card details. Your payment details are sent directly to the Payment Service Provider (WorldPay / PayPal) we never see them. Our reference is the Transaction ID that you receive after placing your order.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

Cookies

We use cookies technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. These amount to, a login cookies; which are required for a customer to sign in to any site, basket cookies which allows us to associate a user with a basket, and a Google traffic cookies all of which provides us with NON personal data, ie. page visited, number of views, but NOT the user who viewed them!! We do not used third party cookies for any form of mall practice and do not use viral advertising. 

All "cookies" are stored in your computers Internet Browser. The can exercise your choice to allow cookies by changing the settings in your own browser where you can modify your own settings to allow only "specific sites" to use cookies, or indeed prevent cookies happening all together. The Help function within your browser should tell you how.
