Genuine Quartz crystal structure is comprised many tiny crystals growing together to from a larger item. These nested internal prisms will differ in shape and so from fractal inclusions, which reveal an internal structural layer within the crystal. As light passes through these structures we see the rainbows and dance of light within the sphere.
