General
No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the seller until the goods are dispatched by the seller.

Prices
The price payable shall be that displayed at the time of ordering. No additional charges are added.

All Prices are Displayed in GBP UK Pounds. All orders are paid in GBP UK Pounds. A currency convertor is available on every product page and at the basket page, prior to checkout.

Delivery
Our Standard Delivery period to the UK is 3-10 days from time of order.

Delivery Options
We provide customers with speed related delivery options via Express and Standard delivery services.

Our promise is to the standard of service and not to a given specific carriers service, an Express Delivery may not be routed through a specific service, but may be routed through a service of equal value to the service chosen or better. ie UPS, DHL, Fedfex, RM Special Delivery, etc. depending on the best option available at the time of dispatch. In addition - The Standard Delivery option is subject to a service upgrade at the discretion of the dispatch dept. For instance if the value, fragility or weight of the order becomes a factor then we will send the order by the best Express service available at NO EXTRA COST.

If the customer requires an Exact Service from either UPS of Royal Mail. Then a note is required to made in the "Additional Delivery Information Field" located under the customers address details section on the "checkout page"

Customers should note the following: regardless of customer request, we may require a Delivery Signature. Delivery requests such as: Leave in Porch, Leave in Bin, cannot be acted on.

Delivery Charges
Shamans Crystal uses Royal Mail and UPS delivery, our delivery charges are in accordance with their standard rates plus Packaging charges.

All Delivery Services are governed by the Carrier concerned - we shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Payment
Payment by cash, cheque or credit card is due at the time of order. Credit accounts are not provided. If any payment or part thereof is not received by the Seller by the due date, the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per calendar month. Goods remain the property Shamans Crystal of until fully paid for.

Cancellation of Order
The Customer has the right to cancel any standard item order at any time before, the items are dispatched. After that time, cancellation is not possible, but returns and refunds process can take place. Cancelled orders will incur NO Charges.

Exception to Cancellation Right
Can only be waived by the buyer and may be requested if bespoke, or special orders are requested. In such an instant, the customer will contacted directly prior this right being waived, and a confirmation email will be obtain from the buyer. This aspect can not be enforced without the expressed confirmed agreement of the buyer.

Refunds Policy
Items can be returned within 14 days for a full goods value refund. Returned items will be checked. We will not be responsible for any return costs in this situation. You must notify in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Any goods returned after the 14 day period, if accepted may be will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. We must be able to resell goods in as "new condition". Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging.

Warranty
Products sold by Shamans Crystal are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.

Returned Goods
Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted. Returned goods must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. Some items can not be returned, if the original packaging has been opened, this applies directly to Reading Cards, Incense, Oils. In addition as is typical practice within the EU/ UK, earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons. Want to know the Returns Process

Damaged Returns
The buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the buyer.

The seller's failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.

Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods by Shamans Crystal shall be subject to and governed by English law. Liability of Shamans Crystal shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Shamans Crystal cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.
