Older Singing Bowls are Hand beaten, thicker, and often Antiques. All of our Singing Bowls are sourced from the Himalayas.
Use: The Bowl is best used with a Bowl Matt, as the vibrations that cause the sound can be absorbed by a hand holding the base.
To Use, a Beater is held against above the bowl and placed on the outside edge. Then using a circular motion of the wrist, the beater is moved around the outside edge of the bowl. Rhythmic pressure ensures a constant vibration, the vibration produces the tone.
