Fulgurite

Fulgurite is also known as "petrified Lightning". It is created when lightning strikes quartz deposits, usually quartz sand areas. The Heat from the lightning fuses the quartz into amazing little channels. The quartz crystals fuse in apparent cylinders with holes at both ends,(mostly the case, not always), as if the new shape had formed around the lightning bolt!

These are quite rare, mainly because their extraction is a delicate process, but also was often the crystals can dissolve if the rain storm is prolonged. The crystals can be fragile. So come are shipped in small jewellery boxes.

Uses: As you might imagine the magical, shamanic uses revolve round the captured lighting in the all singing all dancing quartz. So its uses are for breakthrough's of many types, including releasing meridian energy, breaking magnetic locks on behaviour and even karma if directed properly.
