What is Orgone Energy 

Orgone energy was conceptualized by Wilhelm Reich, an Austrian psychoanalyst and scientist, in the 1930s. Reich developed this idea as part of his exploration of a universal life force that he believed influenced health, emotions and the structure of life itself. 

He described orgone energy as a massless, omnipresent energy similar to "life force" concepts in other traditions, such as *chi* or "prana". Reich theorized that orgone energy could be concentrated, harnessed and used to combat physical and emotional illnesses.

Reich invented devices called he orgone accumulators to collect this energy, which were made from alternating layers of organic and inorganic materials. He used these devices in experiments to study their effects on health, plants, and the atmosphere. His work aimed to validate orgone energy as a natural and measurable force that underpins life. Orgone accumulators are also known as  Orgone Generators.

Orgonite generators 

are typically made of three primary components designed to interact with and manipulate energy fields based on the concept of "orgone energy."

Resin Organic Material, Often made of epoxy or polyester resin, it represents the organic part of the device. Resin shrinks as it cures, which is believed to create piezoelectric pressure on embedded crystals, potentially enhancing their energetic effects.

Metal Shavings Includes small pieces of metals like aluminum, copper, brass, or steel. These metals act as the inorganic component and are thought to attract and repel energy, creating a dynamic flow within the device.

Quartz Crystals, A key feature in most orgonite generators, quartz is believed to amplify and stabilize the energy,  enhancing the transformation of negative energy into positive energy due to its piezoelectric properties.

Optional Additions

Other crystals e.g., amethyst, rose quartz tiger eye or black tourmaline for specific energy purposes. Copper coils or sacred geometry symbols to focus or direct energy flow. Which also are used to focus on during mediation to aid bonding with the desired frequencies and vibrations.

These components are typically combined into shapes like pyramids, cones, or discs to optimize their purported energetic effects.
