Returns Process

Returns are made, in line with our terms and conditions. Generally, items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, opened consumable items, earrings, or bespoke special orders are out of the scope of general returns. Original packaging rules apply. Within those first 14 days, the customer needs to state their intention to return items to us, there after, the return must be received by us within a further 14 days from their statement.  These timelines are set by legislation, we may extend timelines on a case by case basis, by written consent only.

Please send the return by the most cost effective method i.e. Royal Mail 2nd Class, or Hermes Courier  service which ever costs less.

Please Must include:

  • Order Number
  • The Item - In Original Packaging
  • Reason for Return - Faulty / Not wanted
  • Desired Outcome - Refund / Replace
  • Items MUST be packed with due care and attention, regardless.
If we deem the customers reason for return, is our fault or responsibility, then the customer may be entailed a FEE to cover the cost of the return.

In all instances, regardless of the customers perspective, returned goods must packed with due care and attention and its original packaging. Even if the customer considers an item broken.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving goods.

Our returns rate is very low, running at less 0.33% of orders, or 0.05% of items, this low rate is achieved by constantly reviewing customer feedback and improving our range and presentation of items. Yet still we are not content and wish to improve further.
